What advice would you give to new girls to the industry?
To make sure they understand how much hard work and commitment it takes. You have to have a passionate about it because there is so much to learn and you will have to make sacrifices. It is important to be patient, humble and respectful, but I think those are qualities you should have in all walks of life.
